The Tokyo Vibe Coding Catfe was a casual cat cafe meetup for developers to hang out, code together, and share what they were building with AI-assisted workflows. While I was there, we also kicked off Shipaton 2025, the hackathon event I’m running, and talked through the spirit of shipping small, useful projects in public.
